1) What are the Commission Cycles for Surge365?
The weekly commission cycle runs Friday through Thursday with commissions being paid the following Friday. Monthly commissions (residuals) are paid on the 11th of each month for the prior month’s activity. $10,000 Bonuses are paid on the monthly residual check following the “Maintain” month (see $10,000 Bonus section Compensation Plan for full details). That means all Bonuses generated from $99 Pre-Launch Package accounts that are activated and commissions from Travel Owner Packages sales made by 11:59 PM CT on Thursday, January 16 will be paid out on Friday, January 24!

2) Direct Sale Commission
You will earn a $15 Direct Sale Commission when you personally make a Travel Owner Package sale during this phase of the Pre-Launch.

3) Personal Sales Made Prior To Team Builder Level
During the Pre-Launch, every personal Travel Owner Package sale made before you become a Team Builder generates a deposit of $71.42 in to your Bonus Bank. These deposits are added to your Team Builder Bonus Bank deposits and are paid with weekly commissions in $1,000 increments.

4) Personal Sale Residual
In addition to the $15 Direct Sale Commission and $71.42 Bonus Bank deposit, every personal sale pays a $10 residual every month the owner remains active.

5) Qualified to Override
SBAs are considered QTO when they have made three (3) personal sales that remain active. They remain QTO as long as they maintain three (3) personal active sales. You must be QTO to earn Team Builder Commissions and Bonuses.

6) Team Builder Bonuses
Additionally, there are Team Builder Bonuses available as you continue to grow and build your Team Builder Group. During the Pre-Launch, every Travel Owner Package sale made by you and/or SBAs in your Team Builder Group who have not yet reached the Team Builder level will generate a deposit of $71.42 in to your Bonus Bank. Bonus Bank deposits are paid weekly in $1,000 increments.

7) How does the Deferred Bonus Bank & Bonus Bank Work?
When a $99 Pre-Launch Package signup counting in your Deferred Bonus Bank activates their account, we will move the $71.42 out of your “Deferred Bonus Bank” to your “Bonus Bank!” Bonus Bank deposits are paid weekly in $1,000 increments.

8) Pre-Launch Package Signup Account Activation
Those who signed up during the Phase 1 $99 Pre-Launch can immediately activate their account to the Travel Owner Package for only $99.95. (Note: the previous one-month waiting period for activation has been removed and no longer applies).  When an account is activated, the $71.42 will move from the “Deferred Bonus Bank” to the “Bonus Bank.”

The benefits of activating this account are only available for a limited amount of time and are listed below.

9) What is the monthly fee?
The monthly fee for the Travel Owner Package is $99.95 per month, plus tax where applicable. After 12 consecutive paid months, they will qualify for the S365 Reward Trip!

10) What is the S365 Reward Trip?
The S365 Reward Trip is an industry first reward where after 12 consecutive months, Travel Owners will receive a Vacation Reward that includes up to 7 nights accommodations at one of more than 3,000 worldwide resorts. 13) What are the benefits as an existing Surge365 Member upgrading their account?
By upgrading your account today and agreeing to the new monthly fee of $99.95 (plus tax where applicable), on your next monthly billing date, your Surge365 account will be upgraded to our Travel Owner Package, a value of up to $500! That means you will now have access to everything that Surge365 has to offer - including the Vortex, Travel Agency, Executive Membership (for up to 4 people), Vacation Vault, and the industry first S365 Reward Trip!

When upgrading your Surge365 account, with your first $99.95 (plus tax where applicable) monthly fee payment, you will receive your first months' credit towards the 12 consecutive months credits needed for your S365 Reward Trip! 14) What are my options as a Surge365 Member who was active prior to the Pre-Launch?
As an existing Surge365 Member you have options with your Surge365 account! If you would like to keep your account exactly as it is today, you don’t need to do anything. You will continue to have access to everything you currently have access to today for the same monthly fee you are currently paying! The benefits listed above are guaranteed when you choose to upgrade your account through January 31, 2020.

If you are an existing 3 & Free Surge365 Member you have options with your Surge365 account. If you would like to keep your account exactly as it is today, you don’t need to do anything. You will continue to have access to everything you currently have access to today and will maintain 3 & Free status as long as you remain qualified. Any of your personally sold members who upgrade will continue to count for your 3 & Free status.

You also have the option to upgrade your account and everything listed above is guaranteed as long as you do so through January 31, 2020. It is important to note the qualification for 3 & Free is no longer available in Surge365 due to the substantial cost of the S365 Reward Trip. So when you upgrade to the Travel Owner Package your monthly fee will be $99.95.
